This is indeed a great article. I’ve read it and the many articles that go along with it a number of times, and would recommend anyone going on an interview read it. What do you think the most important part of an interview is?

The most important part of an interview, based on my 34+ years of experience, is the first five seconds. You will be silently judged by your body language: professional appearance, posture, tone of voice, strength of handshake, etc. – all before you open your mouth to speak.
