The most important part of an interview, based on my 34+ years of experience, is the first five seconds. You will be silently judged by your body language: professional appearance, posture, tone of voice, strength of handshake, etc. – all before you open your mouth to speak. This is indeed a great article. I’ve read it and the many articles that go along with it a number of times, and would recommend anyone going on an interview read it. What do you think the most important part of an interview is?
